ESD Labels and Tape

ESD labels are placed onto packaging that transports objects that are highly susceptible to ESD and can incur irreparable damage, should it be handled in the wrong manner. ESD labels are bright yellow and universally recognized. Altico offers a complete range of ESD marking tape and EPA warning signs.

The following labels are common:

Basic symbols: consists of a yellow hand within a black triangle. It is intended to identify devices and assemblies that are ESD-sensitive.

Protection symbols: used to designate all ESD protective products, such as bags, boxes, and garments. A letter is added under the symbol to indicate its primary function, which can be conductive C, dissipative D, shielding S, and low charging L.

EPA labels: Used to designate EPA equipment, such as tables, trolleys, and chairs.
