The SmartLog Pro® is a static testing unit; it verifies the functionality of an operator’s wrist strap and footwear, logs the test results, and controls access to an ESD Protected Area. It can generate automated reports that can be e-mailed to track short-term and long-term corrective actions. The five-inch color touchscreen provides an intuitive user interface for easy test operation and a clear indication of test results.
Altico’s range of testing units includes static locators, static field meters, surface resistivity meters, concentric ring probe, calibration monitors, chair checkers, and ionizer analyzers. Cheaper testing units are available, depending on budget and the level of ESD protection required.
